Unity Through Unshakable Faith!
Jeremiah 1:8 "Fear not for I am with you..."
1 Thessalonians 4:13 "We do not sorrow like others who have no hope"
Every one of us has the choice to believe and have faith in God. When we make the right choice of faith, feelings come and assurance comes. Faith is not faith until it's been tested.
In the scriptures above God is saying, "I don't want you to live like others. I don't want you to fret, worry, lose hope like others who don't have a God of hope!"
Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
Jesus promised us abundant life. Abundant life is the fruit of faith in the face of adversity. Many don't experience the abundant life because they don't live by faith, but the just live by faith (Hebrews 10:38)
What does it mean to live by faith? Simply to find out what God said, do it, and let God take it from there!
